Controller Compatibility
These models use a factory Curtis or GE 48V controller. The Fleet Lithium 51V pack is fully compatible — no reprogramming, no controller upgrade, and no wiring changes required. The slightly higher resting voltage of the lithium pack is within the operating range of the stock controller.
Will this fit my EZGO TXT / RXV?
Yes. The BR4402 bracket kit provides a factory-fit installation for both TXT and RXV models. No drilling or modifications required.
Does my controller need reprogramming?
No. The factory Curtis/GE 48V controller accepts the 51V lithium pack without any changes. This is a true drop-in replacement.
How long does installation take?
30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.
Does it work in cold weather?
Yes. Built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F — standard on every pack.

This is a very high quality battery easy to install, so happy to be rid of the nasty corrosive lead cell batteries. Hopefully I’ll get many years of service out this battery and I’m sure I will, just the getting rid of the lead cell maintenance is a huge win. The cost of corroded cables, hold down brackets and adding water was a pain in the butt.

Absolutely Incredible Range. We replaced our 4 year old Trojan batteries this spring with the 210 AH dual battery kit and we are blown away! We use the buggy to secure the perimeter of a 300 acre lot in South Carolina. We typically put about 200 miles per week on this unit.
