UTV lithium FAQ

Will a lithium pack handle trail loads?
Yes. Fleet packs deliver 300A continuous with 800A peak surge, so they hold voltage on loaded hill climbs instead of sagging the way lead-acid does.
Do I keep my factory controller?
Most electric UTV conversions run fine on the OE controller. Any exception is called out on that product page before you buy.
How much range will I get?
Range depends on terrain and payload. On mixed trail use, expect roughly double the usable range of the same amp-hour rating in lead-acid.
Can I mount it in the stock tray?
Yes for the makes and models listed in the fitment finder — the kits ship with OE-fit brackets and harnesses.
Is it sealed against water and mud?
The packs are sealed and vibration-tolerant for trail duty. Follow the mounting guidance in the kit instructions for wash-down protection.
What warranty applies?
Promise series packs carry a 10-year warranty with 5,000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge and US-based support.
