Warranty registration is required within 90 days of your purchase date. If you purchased a brand-new golf cart powered by Fleet Lithium, please note that it is not the dealer's responsibility to register this warranty on your behalf. Failure to register within 90 days of your golf cart purchase will void your warranty.

Golf Cart & Engine Starting Batteries - 8 Year Warranty

Pro-rated Warranty: If your battery is found to be defective due to quality issues and cannot be repaired, we will provide a new battery free of charge during its first 5 years of service. If repair is possible, we reserve the right to repair instead of replacing. Please note that damage caused by improper handling or installation will only receive technical support.

Years 1 through 5: After submitting an approved warranty claim, if our technicians have diagnosed that your battery cannot be repaired, we will replace it at no cost with a similar product. We will also cover shipping costs for products weighing less than 75 lbs.

Years 6 through 8: After submitting an approved warranty claim, if our technicians have diagnosed that your battery cannot be repaired, a similar replacement will be offered with a 30% discount from the retail MSRP (excluding promotional discounts).

Solar Storage & Deep Cycle Batteries - 11 Year Warranty

Years 4 through 5: After submitting an approved warranty claim, if our technicians have diagnosed that your battery cannot be repaired, a similar replacement will be offered with a 25% discount from the retail MSRP (excluding promotional discounts).

Chargers & Accessories - 1 Year Warranty

2-Year Warranty: If any accessories experience quality failures within 2 years, we will replace them free of charge. Damage caused by improper installation or use will not be covered.

Warranty Shipping & Transport Expenses

We’ve Got You Covered: If your battery or accessory arrives dead on arrival (DOA), Fleet Lithium will cover 100% of all shipping-related expenses after a diagnosis with our tech support team. Products weighing over 75 pounds during the initial warranty period will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $149. Additional charges for residential lift gate or rural pick-up and delivery will apply. In the secondary warranty period, the customer must cover all shipping expenses and freight charges.

Limited Warranty Coverage Exclusions

What's not covered: This Warranty does not cover any battery subjected to the following conditions including but not limited to:

• Damage due to improper installation, use, maintenance, or service.
• Short circuits caused by accidental arcing or grounding of the terminals.
• Damage from impact, collision, or drop.
• Use with third-party products that fail.
• Batteries that have not been charged for over one year.
• Any modifications or tampering with the battery.
• Loose battery terminal connections.
• Damage from extreme temperatures, fire, water damage, or other natural disasters.
