Warranty coverage varies by product category, with full-replacement coverage during the initial warranty period followed by prorated coverage on eligible products. Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase. Product registration within 90 days of purchase is required to receive the full warranty benefits described above.
Registering Your Warranty
Registering your Fleet Lithium product helps us verify your purchase, maintain an accurate product record, and provide faster assistance if you ever need warranty support.
To complete your registration:
- Register your product within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Provide your product information and proof of purchase.
- Complete the form on our Warranty Registration Page.
Products that are not registered within 90 days may be subject to reduced or limited warranty benefits.
If You Experience a Problem
If something does not seem right with your Fleet Lithium product, contact us. Our goal is to determine what is happening, help resolve the issue whenever possible, and make the warranty process straightforward when a covered replacement or repair is required.
- Contact Fleet Lithium Support. Tell us what you are experiencing and provide your order or purchase information.
- Help us diagnose the issue. We may request photographs, battery information, diagnostic readings, installation details, or other information needed to understand the problem.
- Follow the recommended next steps. Our technical support team will guide you through troubleshooting, repair, return, or replacement procedures as appropriate.
- Warranty resolution. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will explain the applicable repair, replacement, or prorated warranty option and help you complete the process.

What the Warranty Covers
Fleet Lithium's warranty is intended to protect against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship when the product is installed, operated, charged, stored, and maintained in accordance with Fleet Lithium's requirements.
Coverage is subject to the terms applicable to the specific product and warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure resulting from circumstances outside normal covered product use, including:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or physical damage.
- Improper installation, wiring, charging, maintenance, or storage.
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair.
- Use of the product outside its intended application or operating requirements.
- Damage caused by incompatible equipment or components.
- Normal cosmetic wear or other conditions that do not affect the covered operation of the product.

Transferable Warranty
Eligible Fleet Lithium warranties may be transferred to a subsequent owner, helping preserve the value of your investment if the vehicle, vessel, equipment, or battery is later sold.
To request a warranty transfer:
- Provide the new owner's contact information.
- Provide proof of the original qualifying purchase.
- Contact Fleet Lithium Support so the warranty record can be updated.
