Fleet Lithium Shipping Policy

At Fleet Lithium, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding your order.
1. Shipping Locations
Fleet Lithium currently ships to addresses within the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside of our available shipping areas, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
2. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, promotional events, or supplier delays.
- Certain products may require additional handling, assembly, testing, or preparation prior to shipment.
- Customers will be notified if significant delays occur affecting their order.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods
Fleet Lithium offers multiple shipping options depending on the product and destination:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment.
Shipping transit times begin once the order has shipped and tracking information has been provided.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package dimensions and weight
- Freight requirements
- Selected shipping method
The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing checkout.
5. Backorders & Extended Lead Times
Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, freight carrier issues, and fluctuations in product demand, certain Fleet Lithium products may occasionally become temporarily backordered.
When a product is on backorder, the product page will clearly state:
- That the item is currently on backorder
- The estimated fulfillment or shipping timeframe
- Any applicable estimated arrival dates (ETA)
By placing an order for a backordered item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the estimated lead time disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- Estimated ETAs are subject to change based on supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, freight carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, labor shortages, and other factors outside of Fleet Lithium’s reasonable control.
- Orders containing backordered items may ship separately or in multiple shipments.
- Expedited shipping methods apply only to transit time after shipment and do not reduce manufacturing, processing, or backorder lead times.
- Fleet Lithium will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or changes to estimated shipping timelines.
In the event a product becomes backordered due to an inventory discrepancy, supplier delay, or system error and was not identified as backordered at the time of purchase, Fleet Lithium will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible with updated ETA information. The customer will have the option to:
- Keep the order active and remain on backorder, or
- Cancel the affected item or order for a refund, if applicable.
Customers with questions regarding product availability or lead times are encouraged to contact our support team prior to placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation has been sent.
7. Delivery Issues
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, customers should contact Fleet Lithium within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Fleet Lithium will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue; however, Fleet Lithium is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
8. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Additional customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
- Fleet Lithium is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or international freight carriers.
9. Third-Party Marketplace Orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Shipping policies for Fleet Lithium products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or authorized resellers may differ from policies listed on FleetLithium.com.
- Orders placed through third-party platforms may be fulfilled by Fleet Lithium or authorized fulfillment partners.
- Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, returns, refunds, and customer service procedures may be governed by the policies of the respective marketplace.
- Customers should refer to the applicable platform policies for marketplace purchases.
