Choose your capacity
- 65Ah: 3.33 kWh nominal; stock motor/controller and approved load.
- 105Ah: 5.38 kWh nominal; everyday trips and regular charging.
- 168Ah: 8.60 kWh nominal; more reserve in one pack.
- 210Ah: 10.75 kWh nominal; two matched 105Ah packs in parallel with approved dual mounting and wiring.
Energy = 51.2V × Ah ÷ 1,000. Range depends on passengers, terrain, speed, tires, temperature and accessories. Confirm the selected pack’s current capability for your controller and load.

Check the delivered packing list and component instructions. Have the matched RXV charge-inhibit interface before removing the original charging equipment. Paired kits require approved parallel components and the pack-matching procedure.
RXV fitment: match the equipment on your cart
This listing covers the 2008–2022 RXV / Freedom RXV application range, subject to confirming actual hardware. Four 12V and six 8V lead-acid arrangements both exist; year alone does not determine the tray. Confirm the battery footprint, pack count, support points and closed-seat clearance.
RXVs can use Danaher or Curtis controllers, or aftermarket equipment. Check voltage limits, current demand and regenerative braking for the selected battery. There is no blanket no-wiring-changes or no-programming rule across all versions. Preserve the electric parking brake and charge-drive interlock.
Retain the 12V converter only when its full input range includes 58.4V and its output, load, condition and enable wiring are suitable. Use the matched lithium charger and Fleet SOC display. Factory ELiTE lithium, TXT, gas vehicles and the separate 2026 RXV 2 / RXV 4 application are not covered by this manual.
Fleet ownership and support
Use the matched SOC gauge or supported battery app to monitor your pack. Review the chosen battery’s specifications, operating limits and Fleet warranty terms. A larger battery does not increase the cart’s rated speed or load capacity.

GREAT SERVICE
Awesome kit. We Live in a very cold climate, our ranger gets a ton of use year round and especially during the winter so the cold weather performance was a must for us. We've had the kit installed for about a year now and it's been perfect. Customer service has been super helpful the one or two times we had questions and we've got a couple of neighbors who run the kits as well and they say the same thing. Kevin and his crew are really top notch!
The 12V voltage reducer corrected the unstable behavior that had affected the lights and other accessories. The output has remained steady through regular use.
The 51V replacement charger is easy to keep available as a backup and works without unnecessary controls. The battery reaches a complete charge consistently during normal use.
The Polaris Ranger EV bundle lined up well with the intended mounting area and the connections were easy to identify. Once installed, the vehicle felt smoother and more consistent through normal use.
The 51V replacement charger connected as expected and has charged the compatible battery consistently. The status indicators are easy to follow, and the unit feels solid in regular use.
Easy installation and great technical support.
After installing the Club Car 48V kit, throttle response felt more immediate and the vehicle no longer felt sluggish late in the charge. The cleaner battery compartment is another welcome improvement.

The BlueMax 200Ah marine battery has provided steady power for onboard electronics and normal time on the water. It is easier to handle than the older battery and has required very little attention between trips.
The parts for the EZGO TXT kit were organized clearly and the installation sequence made sense. The finished setup looks tidy and removes the routine upkeep of the old battery bank.
