2016–2022 RXV carts shipped with two different battery trays, and each tray uses its own bracket. Lift the seat and count your batteries — four 12V in a plastic tray, or six 8V in a metal tray — then pick that option in the fitment finder above. We ship the matching bracket with your kit.
Controller Compatibility
The RXV uses a factory Danaher/Sevcon AC controller. The Fleet Lithium 51V pack is fully compatible — no reprogramming, no controller upgrade, and no wiring changes required. Aftermarket controllers should be verified separately.
Will this fit my RXV?
Yes. Each tray layout has a dedicated bracket kit, so the install is factory-fit with no drilling or vehicle modification.
Does it fit a factory ELiTE lithium RXV?
No. Vehicles that left the factory with an E-Z-GO ELiTE lithium pack use a different architecture and are not covered by this kit.
Does my controller need reprogramming?
No. The factory RXV AC controller accepts the 51V lithium pack without any changes. This is a true drop-in replacement.
How long does installation take?
30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.
Does it work in cold weather?
Yes. Built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F — standard on every pack.
