Start your LXR battery upgrade by identifying the installed system. This bundle is for an individually confirmed compatible 48V lead-acid LXR configuration. Factory EVOLVE lithium models require a separate replacement solution.
Model years and battery compatibility
Tomberlin’s 2024 LXR specification lists EVOLVE lithium as standard. A 2025–2026 label does not prove lead-acid fitment. Send Fleet photos of the complete battery compartment, model/serial label, controller and charger for an individual configuration check before ordering.
Confirm fitment before ordering: match the complete 48V lead-acid bank, tray, selected capacity, controller, charger and finished mounting kit. Factory EVOLVE lithium, 72V vehicles and unverified modified drivetrains are outside this conversion procedure.

The 168Ah option stores 60% more nominal energy than 105Ah; 210Ah stores twice as much. Actual driving range varies with load, terrain, tires, speed, temperature and accessories. Capacity is not a speed upgrade. Modified motors and controllers need a specific compatibility check.
Your matched conversion system
The bundle pairs the selected 51.2V nominal LiFePO4 battery configuration with a lithium charger, SOC display, mounting hardware and wiring for the confirmed vehicle configuration. Confirm the exact finished bracket and kit contents with Fleet; the model name alone does not identify every tray or electrical interface.
For 210Ah, use two matched 105Ah packs with the approved parallel harness, individual branch protection and restraint. The 65Ah option is for confirmed stock motor/controller configurations.
Less battery upkeep, continued support
Eliminate electrolyte top-ups and lead-acid equalization charging. Monitor charge and battery status with the supplied display and Bluetooth-enabled NexGen BMS. Continue normal cable, mounting and charging checks. The battery is covered by Fleet’s published 10-year golf cart/EV battery warranty.

Can I keep the original charger?
Use the matched Fleet lithium charger and charge display supplied for the conversion. Do not charge the new system with the old lead-acid charger.
Does the vehicle retain the charger drive-away interlock?
No. The current Fleet Tomberlin kit eliminates the original charger interlock. The vehicle may move while plugged in. Keep the key OFF while charging; disconnect and stow the AC cord before key ON.

GREAT SERVICE
Awesome kit. We Live in a very cold climate, our ranger gets a ton of use year round and especially during the winter so the cold weather performance was a must for us. We've had the kit installed for about a year now and it's been perfect. Customer service has been super helpful the one or two times we had questions and we've got a couple of neighbors who run the kits as well and they say the same thing. Kevin and his crew are really top notch!
The 12V voltage reducer corrected the unstable behavior that had affected the lights and other accessories. The output has remained steady through regular use.
The 51V replacement charger is easy to keep available as a backup and works without unnecessary controls. The battery reaches a complete charge consistently during normal use.
The Polaris Ranger EV bundle lined up well with the intended mounting area and the connections were easy to identify. Once installed, the vehicle felt smoother and more consistent through normal use.
The 51V replacement charger connected as expected and has charged the compatible battery consistently. The status indicators are easy to follow, and the unit feels solid in regular use.

After installing the Club Car 48V kit, throttle response felt more immediate and the vehicle no longer felt sluggish late in the charge. The cleaner battery compartment is another welcome improvement.

The BlueMax 200Ah marine battery has provided steady power for onboard electronics and normal time on the water. It is easier to handle than the older battery and has required very little attention between trips.
The parts for the EZGO TXT kit were organized clearly and the installation sequence made sense. The finished setup looks tidy and removes the routine upkeep of the old battery bank.
