Controller Compatibility
48V Onward models use a factory Excel/IQ controller that is fully compatible with 51V lithium — no reprogramming needed.
Will this fit my Club Car Onward?
Yes. The included bracket kit provides a factory-fit installation for Onward models. No drilling or modifications required.
Does my controller need reprogramming?
No. Both 48V configuration is compatible with the respective factory controllers. No reprogramming or controller upgrades required.
The 72V configuration is designed to work seamlessly with Navitas aftermarket controllers, but is not designed for the stock oem controller.
How long does installation take?
30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.
Does it work in cold weather?
Yes. Built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F — standard on every pack.

This is a very high quality battery easy to install, so happy to be rid of the nasty corrosive lead cell batteries. Hopefully I’ll get many years of service out this battery and I’m sure I will, just the getting rid of the lead cell maintenance is a huge win. The cost of corroded cables, hold down brackets and adding water was a pain in the butt.

Absolutely Incredible Range. We replaced our 4 year old Trojan batteries this spring with the 210 AH dual battery kit and we are blown away! We use the buggy to secure the perimeter of a 300 acre lot in South Carolina. We typically put about 200 miles per week on this unit.
