The 2Five is a street-legal LSV, which means it carries more weight and spends more time at full speed than a golf car does. Four 12V flooded batteries under that seat weigh roughly 260 lb and lose noticeable punch in the last quarter of their charge. Which Do You Have?
Early 2Five carts run four 12V batteries in a single tray. Lift the seat and count — if you see six smaller 8V batteries instead, you have the late 2Five and need that kit rather than this one.
Will It Work With My Controller?
Your 2Five uses E-Z-GO's 235A 48V AC drive. The 51V Fleet pack is within its normal operating window, so the cart drives the way it always has — only quicker off the line, because lithium holds voltage under load. Confirm the controller label under the seat if your cart has been modified.
