Replace the complete lead-acid battery bank in a compatible factory 72V Bad Boy Recoil or Recoil iS with a matched Fleet Lithium 76.8V LiFePO4 conversion system. Confirm the model/serial label, controller, battery bay and selected capacity before ordering.
Choose the energy reserve that suits your terrain, load and trip length. Replace battery watering and lead-acid equalization with a matched lithium charging system and a dedicated state-of-charge gauge.

Will this fit my Bad Boy Recoil? Use the Recoil-specific BR4211 restraint where specified on your order. Confirm your actual tray, capacity and controller layout, then trial fit before making any required fastening holes.
Do I need to reprogram my controller? Matched factory 72V AC systems typically retain their original controllers. Confirm the actual controller configuration; modified vehicles require a compatibility check. Do not alter protection limits to clear a fault.
How long does installation take? Allow time for safe battery removal, tray inspection, wiring, charger and gauge fitting, and final testing. Read the illustrated manual before scheduling the installation.
Does it work in cold weather? Yes. Built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F for safe cold-weather charging. The heater does not run during discharge/driving.
Will my 12V accessories still work? The included reducer supplies compatible 12V accessories within its rating. Verify that its input accepts the 87.6V full-charge voltage. A winch needs a supply rated for its actual peak demand; a standard accessory reducer is not automatically suitable.
Which capacity should I choose? 105Ah provides 8.06 kWh of nominal energy. The 168Ah option provides 12.90 kWh, or 60% more nominal energy. Choose for your terrain, load and trip length, then confirm the larger pack and restraint fit your actual vehicle.
Nominal energy is voltage × amp-hours, not a driving-range guarantee. Actual range depends on terrain, passengers, load, tires, temperature and driving. OEM payload and towing limits remain unchanged.

Will this fit bad boy recoil with 9 eight volt batteries
Yes, we can make this work. Nine 8V batteries are still a 72V system, but the tray layout is different, so send us a photo and measurements and we’ll confirm the bracket. The Recoil kit includes the battery, charger, cables, gauge, hardware, and 72V-to-12V reducer.

Awesome kit. We Live in a very cold climate, our ranger gets a ton of use year round and especially during the winter so the cold weather performance was a must for us. We've had the kit installed for about a year now and it's been perfect. Customer service has been super helpful the one or two times we had questions and we've got a couple of neighbors who run the kits as well and they say the same thing. Kevin and his crew are really top notch!
The 12V voltage reducer corrected the unstable behavior that had affected the lights and other accessories. The output has remained steady through regular use.
The 51V replacement charger is easy to keep available as a backup and works without unnecessary controls. The battery reaches a complete charge consistently during normal use.
The Polaris Ranger EV bundle lined up well with the intended mounting area and the connections were easy to identify. Once installed, the vehicle felt smoother and more consistent through normal use.

The BlueMax 200Ah marine battery has provided steady power for onboard electronics and normal time on the water. It is easier to handle than the older battery and has required very little attention between trips.
The parts for the EZGO TXT kit were organized clearly and the installation sequence made sense. The finished setup looks tidy and removes the routine upkeep of the old battery bank.
