Replace your Polaris Ranger EV’s eight-battery lead-acid bank with a Fleet Lithium 51.2V LiFePO4 conversion bundle. The factory 48V system uses two parallel strings of four 12V batteries in series. Choose one 105Ah pack, one 168Ah pack or two matched 105Ah packs in parallel for 210Ah. Get the capacity you need, a matched lithium charger and digital charge monitoring, with no battery watering or lead-acid equalization.
For supported 2010–2024 Ranger EV models originally equipped with lead-acid batteries only. Factory Li-Ion Ranger EV and Ranger XP Kinetic are excluded.

Will this fit my Polaris Ranger EV?
This kit fits Polaris Ranger EV models originally equipped with lead-acid batteries (2010–2024). It is not compatible with factory Li-Ion Ranger models. Confirm your original battery configuration before ordering.
Do I need to reprogram my controller?
Confirm the factory 48V controller, battery and charger/12V interfaces for your exact Ranger and supplied kit. Follow the approved settings for that combination. Modified vehicles need an individual compatibility check; do not change protection limits to clear a fault.
How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on battery removal, tray condition, mounting, charger interfaces and testing. Read the Ranger EV lithium conversion and installation guide before planning the job.
Does it work in cold weather?
Yes. The built-in heater activates automatically when the battery is plugged in for charging below 32°F, protecting the cells during cold-weather charging. The heater does not run during discharge/driving.

Routing and checking the connections on the Polaris Ranger EV bundle took longer than expected, but the parts fit correctly. The improved power delivery and reduced maintenance made the extra effort worthwhile.
Absolutely Incredible Range. We replaced our 4 year old Trojan batteries this spring with the 210 AH dual battery kit and we are blown away! We use the buggy to secure the perimeter of a 300 acre lot in South Carolina. We typically put about 200 miles per week on this unit. The 12V voltage reducer corrected the unstable behavior that had affected the lights and other accessories. The output has remained steady through regular use.
The 51V replacement charger is easy to keep available as a backup and works without unnecessary controls. The battery reaches a complete charge consistently during normal use.
