Verified through 2022 on the four-12V lithium-ready tray. Open the seat and count four 12V batteries before ordering. Older TXT carts with six 8V batteries use a different bracket, and factory ELiTE lithium carts are not covered by this kit.

Controller Compatibility

Lithium-ready TXT carts ship with a 48V Curtis controller already configured for lithium packs. The Fleet Lithium 51V pack drops straight in — no reprogramming, no controller upgrade, no wiring changes. Aftermarket controllers should be verified separately.

Will this fit my TXT?

Yes, on 2020–2022 lithium-ready TXT carts with the four-12V tray. No drilling or vehicle modification is expected with BR2624 and the Fleet lithium charger.

Does it fit an ELiTE lithium TXT?

No. Factory ELiTE carts already ship with a lithium pack and use a different architecture.

How long does installation take?

30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.

Does it work in cold weather?

Yes. The built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F — standard on every pack.

The install was easy once you know where everything is supposed to go and the battery has performed flawlessly in my Bad Boy Recoil since installation. Awesome kit for cold weather climate

Awesome kit. We Live in a very cold climate, our ranger gets a ton of use year round and especially during the winter so the cold weather performance was a must for us. We've had the kit installed for about a year now and it's been perfect. Customer service has been super helpful the one or two times we had questions and we've got a couple of neighbors who run the kits as well and they say the same thing. Kevin and his crew are really top notch!

More than a battery in a box

A successful lithium conversion takes more than matching voltage and amp-hours.

Battery output, controller demand, charger programming, mounting, cabling, vehicle electronics, and communication protocols all have to work together. Fleet Lithium develops complete systems around the application so customers and installers do not have to piece together a conversion and hope the components are compatible.

Depending on the application, a Fleet Lithium solution may include the battery, matched charger, mounting hardware, cables, gauge or display integration, programming, installation guidance, and direct technical support.

Power and control built into the system

Fleet Lithium’s current NexGen battery management platform is rated for 300 amps of continuous discharge and up to 800 amps of peak output. It is designed to support real controller demand without treating every short power surge as an overload.

Select Fleet Lithium systems also support features such as OEM CAN-bus integration, cold-weather charging automation, Bluetooth monitoring, and GPS or geofencing for fleet security and operational control. These capabilities are application-dependent—not included with every battery.

Two vehicles can use the same nominal voltage and still require completely different batteries, mounting solutions, chargers, cables, programming, or controller considerations.

Fleet Lithium researches vehicle generations, battery compartments, electrical architecture, controller demand, and charging requirements to develop application-specific configurations. Where fitment or installation requirements are verified, we document them clearly. Where additional validation is still required, we do not present an assumption as a confirmed fit.
