Controller Compatibility
ICON EV 72V models use an AC motor controller. The 76.8V Fleet Lithium pack is designed to work with the factory 72V AC system. No controller reprogramming is typically required for standard installations.
Will this fit my ICON EV?
Yes. The BR9408 bracket kit ensures a factory-fit installation for all i-series 72V models. No modifications required.
Do I need to reprogram my controller?
No. The factory 72V AC controller is compatible with the 76.8V lithium pack out of the box.
How long does installation take?
30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.
Does it work in cold weather?
Yes. Built-in heater activates automatically below 32°F — standard on every pack.

This is a very high quality battery easy to install, so happy to be rid of the nasty corrosive lead cell batteries. Hopefully I’ll get many years of service out this battery and I’m sure I will, just the getting rid of the lead cell maintenance is a huge win. The cost of corroded cables, hold down brackets and adding water was a pain in the butt.

Absolutely Incredible Range. We replaced our 4 year old Trojan batteries this spring with the 210 AH dual battery kit and we are blown away! We use the buggy to secure the perimeter of a 300 acre lot in South Carolina. We typically put about 200 miles per week on this unit.
