Drop-In Lithium Power for Your Polaris Ranger EV

Replace all eight lead-acid batteries in your Polaris Ranger EV with a single, lightweight 48V LiFePO4 lithium battery conversion kit from Fleet Lithium. The factory Ranger EV uses two battery packs of four 12V batteries wired in series (8 batteries total, 48V). Our drop-in kits consolidate all of that into one compact unit — no rewiring, no programming, no special tools. Choose the capacity that matches your driving needs and enjoy longer range, faster charging, and maintenance-free performance for years to come.

Choose Your Range

Capacity Energy (kWh) Estimated Range Best For
51V 105Ah 5.38 kWh Up to 50 miles* Daily driving, errands, golf
51V 168Ah 8.60 kWh Up to 75 miles* All-day use, long routes
51V 210Ah 10.75 kWh Up to 90 miles* Maximum range, commercial & fleet use

Cold-Weather Charging Protection — Standard on Every Pack

Every Fleet Lithium battery includes a built-in heater that activates automatically when charging below 32°F (0°C). This protects the cells during cold-weather charging — no extra charge, unlike competitors who charge $200–$400 for heated versions.

FAQ

Will this fit my Polaris Ranger EV?

Yes. The included BR3110 bracket kit ensures a secure, factory-fit installation for all Ranger EV models (2010–2021), including the Li-Ion variant. No modifications required.

I have the Li-Ion model — do I still need this kit?

Yes! The factory Li-Ion pack degrades over time and is expensive to replace through Polaris. Our kit replaces it with a higher-capacity, longer-lasting LiFePO4 battery with a 10-year warranty at a fraction of the OEM replacement cost.

Do I need to reprogram my controller?

No. Works with your factory 48V controller out of the box — both lead-acid and Li-Ion models.

How long does installation take?

30–60 minutes with basic hand tools.

Does it work in cold weather?

Yes. The built-in heater activates automatically when the battery is plugged in for charging below 32°F, protecting the cells during cold-weather charging. The heater does not run during discharge/driving.

Which capacity should I choose?

105Ah for up to 50 miles (most popular), 168Ah for up to 75 miles, or 210Ah for up to 90 miles.

*Range estimates represent maximum distance under ideal conditions (flat terrain, single occupant, 12–15 mph, fully charged, 70°F). Actual range varies based on terrain, weight, speed, temperature, and driving habits.
