Delivery + Shipping

We ship Nationwide and Internationally. Quotes provided at checkout are calculated using carrier supplied rates from FedEx or UPS Ground. If you are placing a large order of 3+ Batteries, please email us for a manual LTL freight quote it will offer substantial savings.

If your shipping rate appears higher than you expected please email us Sales@FleetLithium.com for a manual quote.

All orders that are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, will be provided with a tracking number in the shop app. Freight orders will receive the Carrier and BOL Tracking number but will not update automatically in Shopify.

Returns

Satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, please email our sales team Sales@FleetLithium.com for a fast resolution.

Please make sure the kit that you purchase will work for your application. Once an order placed on our website is assigned a tracking number we cannot refund the order. Special orders are not subject to refunds. All battery sales are final with no exceptions.

Warranty

Our goal is to provide seamless customer service and top-notch technical support. Our Battery kits are backed by a 5 year non prorated warranty. If you experience a failure during this time, simply use the Warranty Claims page on our website to file a claim. Our warranty department will reach out to you within 24 hours. We will send out a handheld diagnostic module that allows us to remotely test and diagnose your battery. (There is a core charge for this item of $350 that will be refunded immediately upon its return)

If a battery replacement is required, we have two easy options:

Option A: We will send you a prepaid return box. Inside you'll find a return shipping label, you will need to drop this package off with the carrier provided on the label at the nearest facility to you.

Option B: If you prefer to keep your battery installed until the new battery arrives, we will charge a Core charge equivalent to the full retail price of the replace battery plus shipping. Once the warranty battery has been shipped back to us, we will refund this amount minus the full cost of return shipping.
